I don’t own the rights to many of the photos used on The 5.5 Hole. If I borrow a photo from your site or publication, I’ll always give recognition to this and provide a link as to where it came from, if possible.

I make no money off this site and never intend to. I run the site for the love of the game and to encourage the sharing of information. Photo blogs (and most blogs in general) fall under a grey area in terms of copyright infringement and as long as I don’t generate compensation from the site, I’m in the clear in regards to image legality.
